Sister Dorothy Healthcare is a fully regulated care provider .
Unlike introductory agencies, every part of our service is regulated, inspected and rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and In our most recent inspection, CQC rated our overall services as GOOD .
Regulation is an important part of keeping you safe and ensuring that the carers who support you are the very best and compliant.
You can therefore have peace of mind knowing that not only are you well looked after by competent carers, but you are also protected.
Our Carers
We carefully select our homecare staff based solely upon their suitability for the post. It is important that they understand the needs of our customers and have the dedication and ability to carry out their duties well.
All of our carers complete a rigorous mandatory induction programme that covers manual handling, first aid, condition-led care, medication, equality & diversity, personal care and safeguarding.
As well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our carers and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to them.
You will only ever receive care from someone who is equipped with the necessary skills to support you, so not only will the Carer be matched with you based on personality, but to the requirements that benefit your overall wellbeing.

The care supervisors from your local office will regularly check that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us.
